Purpose

The Eurolaser LCS G3 XL-3200 is an ultra-precise, large-format CO2 laser cutting and engraving system designed for processing textiles, plastics, acrylics, wood, and composite sheet materials. Featuring a massive 3.2-metre wide working table and state-of-the-art Zünd cutting table mechanics, this system delivers contactless cutting with sealed edges on fabrics and optical clarity on acrylics. Zell-em uses the XL-3200 to produce intricate signage components, custom displays, laser-cut apparel patches, and large architectural overlays.


History

German manufacturer Eurolaser partnered with Swiss precision engineering firm Zünd to create the LCS G3 series, bringing industrial CO2 laser heads onto world-leading flatbed plotter tables. The XL-3200 was engineered specifically to handle continuous roll goods and oversized sheet media up to 3.2 metres wide. Zell-em adopted this technology to deliver premium, flame-polished laser edges and complex geometric cuts that mechanical knives simply cannot achieve.
