Rollsroller Flatbed Applicator 400

Rollsroller Flatbed Applicator 400

Flatbed Signage & Film Applicator by Rollsroller

Purpose

The Rolls Roller Flatbed Applicator 400 is an ergonomic, heavy-duty mounting and laminating table designed for applying vinyl graphics, application tape, protective laminates, and digital prints onto flat substrates like aluminium composite (ACM), acrylic, foam board, and glass. Replacing traditional manual squeegee methods, the pneumatic roller mechanism exerts consistent pressure across the full 4-metre glass bed, guaranteeing 100% bubble-free and crease-free application every time.

History

Invented in Sweden by Rolls Roller AB to eliminate the physical strain and high error rate of manual sign-making, the flatbed applicator redefined visual communications manufacturing worldwide. The model 400 series caters to wide-format sign workshops requiring high capacity and one-operator efficiency. Zell-em utilizes the Rolls Roller 400 to dramatically shorten production times on vehicle graphic panels, rigid outdoor boards, and acoustic wall cladding.
