Purpose
The Texmac HCR3-1506 (manufactured by HappyJapan) is a heavy-duty, 6-head commercial automatic embroidery machine built for high-speed multi-garment branding. Capable of stitching up to 15 colours per head simultaneously, this unit is designed to embellish workwear jackets, polo shirts, caps, hoodies, and corporate apparel with high-density embroidery. Zell-em uses the HCR3-1506 to fulfill medium-to-large embroidery contracts with tight turnarounds and consistent stitch tension.
History
HappyJapan embroidery machinery, distributed globally in partnership with Texmac, is engineered in Japan with a reputation for extreme durability and whisper-quiet mechanical performance. The HCR3 series introduced upgraded servo motors, a reinforced frame, and a smaller cylinder arm for easier stitching on sleeves and pockets. Zell-em integrated the 6-head platform to significantly boost embroidered garment throughput.
