Purpose

The M&R Sprint 2000 is a heavy-duty, high-capacity gas textile drying chamber engineered for curing screen-printed inks, water-based dyes, and discharge prints on garments. Featuring forced-air convection heating and high-volume air circulation, the Sprint 2000 guarantees that inks reach their precise chemical cure temperature evenly across the entire belt width. For Zell-em, this unit is the key to producing wash-fast, durable prints that maintain soft hand-feel and vibrant colours through hundreds of laundry cycles.


History

The Sprint series from M&R has long set the global benchmark for commercial screen print curing systems. Developed to match the output speed of multiple automatic presses, the Sprint 2000 integrated advanced air-recirculation technology to maximize thermal efficiency while reducing natural gas consumption.
